The Pitch: Cube, Charles Khabouth's newest club Cube is the name of the latest nocturnal adventure from Charles Khabouth, the city's foremost purveyor of nightclubs and bars. "Five years ago, we might not have played electronic music, but now electronic music is huge," says Khabouth, adding that Cube has the finest sound system and LED video screen anywhere in town. 2. Cube, however, is pricey, as well as the 16 booths, each with their own server and bus boy, should keep bottle-service devotees comfortable in the finest luxury money affords. " 3. "La Société is affordable, here may not be," says Khabouth, comparing his newest club to his newest restaurant, the Bloor Street bistro bringing French comfort food to the masses. "I don't put stock in someone showing up in a shiny suit," says Khabouth, adding that Cube's mix is its magic and that you don't need to be a Bay Street tycoon to show up and dance. "I don't want 19-year-olds; we're 25-plus," Khabouth says. I'm 50, and I'd like to come here. "Nobody's doing brass like this any more," says Khabouth, showing off the fixtures in his retro-themed, '70s-styled club. 4. W. "I'm searching for a cool, sophisticated audience. 1.
